Our office hours are typically Monday through Thursday from 9am until 5pm.
Please be aware that we appreciate more than 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel appointments, otherwise we will assess fees up to 100% of the anticipated visit.
We are getting a growing number of inquiries through our patient portal. We ask for your patience, as we do our best to address them. While we try to reply within a day or two, there are times it can take up to one week to respond.
Therefore, if you have an urgent issue, please do not delay in seeing your PCP, urgent care center or hospital.
We may decide its best to schedule a visit with Victoria, the health coach or Cyndi, the nurse. In this instance, Mickey, our front desk administrator will reach out to you to schedule it. We will start billing for this based on the complexity of the question(s) or issue (s) you are having.
Dr. Kate has also decided she wants us to schedule appointments for all provider related-requests outside of your regularly scheduled visits. This will include adjustments to your custom hormone therapy and other considerations that require reviewing your history and making medical decisions and changes to your current regimen.
