Good day! Our office hours are Monday through Thursday from 9am until 5pm. Kindly provide us at least 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel appointments, otherwise we will assess fees up to 100% of the anticipated visit.
FOUR Important Notices:
#1 Effective 9/1/2026, after more than 5 years, Dr. Kate increased her office fees by about $50 - $75 per visit.
The new office fees will range from $225-$695, and in-office tests like WatchPAT and CIMTs about $20 more per test.
#2 Lab draws in our office are 2 x month on Thursdays, times have changed and there is a new $50 No-Show Fee.
PLEASE try to keep your appointment so we can keep them free for our Vibrant America Labwork patients.
#3 For most patient inquiries outside of an office visit- such as pharmaceutical or radiographic prescription requests, Dr. Kate will address them ONCE WEEKLY and may charge for this service if it requires extensive chart review. There may be occasions when your request cannot be honored and Dr. Kate will need to see you.
#4 Victoria resigned on August 13th and is pursuing certification in Transformation Coaching.
