Good day! Our office hours are Monday through Thursday from 9am until 5pm.
Please provide at least 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel appointments,
otherwise we will assess fees up to 100% of the anticipated visit.
Please be aware that Dr. Kate now wants us to schedule appointments for any requests you may have that are outside of a regularly scheduled visit. This will include adjustments to your custom hormone therapy and other considerations that require reviewing your history and making medical decisions and changes to your current regimen.
Also, please do not upload any files or documents unless we ask for them.
