Good day! Our office hours are Monday through Thursday from 9am until 5pm. We will be closed Monday September 4th. Kindly provide us at least 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel appointments, otherwise we will assess fees up to 100% of the anticipated visit.
Three Important Notices:
#1 Victoria resigned on August 13th and is pursuing certification in Transformation Coaching.
We are incredibly grateful for the care, encouragement, and positive energy she has brought to the practice.
#2 After 5 years, Dr. Kate has decided to increase her office fees- on average about $50 - $75 increase per visit.
The new office fees will range from $225-$675.
#3 Lab draws in our office will now be 2 x month on Thursdays and times have changed.
PLEASE try to keep your appointment or we may need to forfeit office draws.
